Competed in a high frequency trading hackathon against the best students across the world. Developed robust trading infra by submitting trades on a colocated rasberry pi to ensure low latency futures/options trading.

Placed 1st in the Undergrad category and 8th overall out of 75 teams

Made 4 different projects, from RAG chatbots with blockchain tool calling to insurance Solidity smart contracts on an encrypted EVM chain. Travel and accomodation were sponsored and we ended up winning 1000$+ so it was a nice trip overall.

Won first and second place in two different Aptos tracks

Built multiple projects to apply for different tracks but thinking back it would've been way smarter to just focus on one given the density of talent present in the room.
